Tariff & Conditions
Peak- January 1st - May 31st, Sept 1st- Dec 31st 2010
Off Peak- June 1st- August 31st
Conditions:
25% deposit. Remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If the booking is cancelled by the guest, the deposit is non refundable unless the property is re let for the entire period. Part cancellation will not be accepted.
Arrival & Departure
Mon- Friday *Available from 2.00pm, vacate by 11.00am.
Weekends * Available from 2pm Friday, vacate by 4pm on Sunday.
General Conditions
Cleaning bond of $500 (if requested) is to be paid with final payment and will be returned upon inspection.
- Full linen provided for queen & twin suites
- BYO sheet & sleeping bag/doona for shared rooms (pillows, pillowslips & towel provided)
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- 5% increase annually
